Terms & Conditions

Ticket Sales & Admission

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or dissatisfaction with the event.

  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at purchase.

  • Nightshade Immersive Theatre reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who arrives after their scheduled entry time.

  • Guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for admission.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

  • In the event of a cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, venue issues, cast illness), Nightshade Immersive Theatre will provide reasonable accommodations, which may include:

    • Rescheduling your ticket to a future date/time

    • Offering credit toward a future event

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Code of Conduct

Nightshade Immersive Theatre is committed to creating a respectful, safe, and engaging environment for all guests and performers. By attending, you agree to the following:

  • We encourage audience engagement, but do not touch performers at any time. Consent and boundaries are essential to the immersive experience.

  • Guests must follow all staff instructions and posted guidelines throughout the event.

  • Participation in our immersive experiences may include physical movement, dim or low lighting, loud sound, fog or scent effects, uneven surfaces, or close proximity to performers. 

  • Nightshade Immersive Theatre is not liable for any damage to personal property, physical injury, emotional distress, or conflict that may occur during participation. Attendance is at your own risk.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior—toward staff, performers, other guests, or the venue—will result in immediate removal without refund or compensation.

  • No outside alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items are permitted at any venue or event.

  • Guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence may be denied entry or removed from the event for safety reasons

Age Restrictions

Nightshade Immersive Theatre productions are designed for mature audiences and often contain intense thematic elements, theatrical effects, and emotional content.

  • Each event will include a posted content rating and warning notice detailing the nature of the experience, including any potentially triggering themes, adult language, or unsettling content.

  • Guests under the age of 18 are permitted to attend only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the experience.

  • Unaccompanied minors (under 18) will not be admitted under any circumstances, and tickets will not be refunded if age restrictions are not observed.

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review all posted warnings, ratings, and recommendations prior to purchasing or attending.

  • Nightshade Immersive Theatre reserves the right to request identification at the entrance to verify age or guardianship.

We encourage parents and guardians to consider the content of each production carefully to ensure it is appropriate for younger guests. If you have questions about a specific show's rating or content, please contact us before purchasing.

Photography & Media

Due to Copyright Law, photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during all performances and immersive events.

  • Unauthorized recording or photography may result in immediate removal from the venue and potential legal action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the creative rights of our performers and production team.

  • Nightshade Immersive Theatre may photograph or film portions of events for promotional or archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded and waive any rights to compensation related to such recordings.

Liability Waiver

By attending a Nightshade Immersive Theatre event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are voluntarily participating in an immersive theatrical experience, which may include walking, standing, physical interaction, and emotionally intense content.

  • You assume all risks associated with participation and release Nightshade Immersive Theatre, its staff, performers, and venue partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

  • Please note that all events may not be fully accessible. It is your responsibility to check with the venue directly to confirm what accommodations are available before attending.

If you have a medical condition or accessibility concern, please contact us in advance so we can help address your needs.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Touring Events & Venue Policies

Nightshade Immersive Theatre is a touring event company. Our productions take place at various venues, each with their own unique policies, rules, and requirements.

  • In addition to these Terms and Conditions, guests must comply with any additional restrictions or requirements imposed by the venue hosting the event.

  • Venue-specific terms may include but are not limited to:

  • Security protocols

  • Age restrictions

  • Health and safety guidelines

  • Accessibility accommodations

  • Prohibited items or behaviors

  • It is the responsibility of guests to familiarize themselves with the venue’s terms and conditions prior to attending.

  • Failure to comply with venue policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
