As a live event and production company specializing in immersive theatrical experiences, we dedicate extensive time, planning, and resources to every performance. Due to the nature of live events and limited capacity, all ticket sales, bookings, and payments are final and non-refundable.

Our productions are designed around carefully timed entries, custom environments, and audience-specific engagement. Your ticket secures a specific spot and cannot be transferred once the event is sold out.
Event Postponements or Cancellations
In the unlikely event that a production is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, cast illness, or force majeure), Nightshade Immersive Theatre will offer accommodations to affected ticket holders.
